Please note: If you need to cancel please give more than 24 hours notice.
In the event of the customer cancelling the work after a start day and time has been agreed by both parties and within 24 hours of the agreed start day and time, whether the job was booked on a confirmed price or an hourly rate, the customer will be requested to pay the minimum call out charge plus the full amount for any un-useable materials purchased specifically for the work.
This will be invoiced for immediate payment and applied for through the court, unless settled within 7 days.
Slow Payment Penalty
Please be aware that there will be a penalty charge of up to £25,000 for persistent slow payers.
In the event of non payment, (following a statement or reminder), there will be one of the following courses of action.
1. The goods will be recovered or the work carried out will be undone.
2. Customer will be taken to the small claims court which will affect a credit rating.
3. A company will be issued with a Statutory Demand, (Wnding up Order).
